The man of the fam. Back in 1986 back when flared-jeans were the rave and that wall in Berlin was still standing, Ian was already working the streets and hearts of Epsomites.
Along with wifey Frances, they have since been topping the real estate charts as B&T’s Top 10 Salespeople (out of 2000+ agents) and Top 5 Sales Team in Central Auckland having brokered over 1,000 properties in their careers.
Away from work, Ian is a serial angler, craftsman-builder extraordinaire and a dedicated (grand)father.

Frances Li
The soul of the fam.
Kicking off her real estate career more than two decades ago, Frances has carved out a reputation as one of the most effective, trusted and detailed figures central Auckland real estate has seen.
Her love for helping people is infectious and her passion for real estate is palpable.

Ray Chan
The future of the fam.
Born and raised in Auckland as a can-do, go-getting, never-settle-for-less lad, Ray is no stranger to excellence and tenacity. A real estate and development professional, he is also an award-winning international conductor (orchestras – not trains) who has represented NZ on the world stage.
Having recently returned to real estate after a 3-year stint as Director of Engagement for a large-scale development enterprise, Ray is now poised to take IFR & Co. into a new level of excellence by integrating best-in-class innovations to create a truly 21st century, results-driven experience for our clients.
Away from work, Ray can be spotted on his cafe racer motorcycle, hosting friends/family at home, on the tennis court or being a good dad to Charlie the Cavoodle. He is currently on the board of the New Zealand String Quartet and is a regular grants assessor for various NZ national arts organisations. The next generation professional has a face, and it looks a bit like this.
